Thank you for choosing Shaver Tech. We are committed to delivering your grooming gear quickly and reliably across Australia.
1. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: FREE for all orders Australia-wide.

Express Shipping: Available at checkout for a flat rate of $8.00.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
To provide transparency for our customers and comply with Google’s delivery standards, we use the following timelines:

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (AEST) Monday to Friday.

Order Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time: 3 – 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 – 7 business days for Standard Shipping. Express orders typically arrive within 1 – 3 business days after handling.
3. Shipping Carriers
We primarily use Australia Post and Sendle to ensure your package arrives safely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
4. Delivery Areas
We ship to all residential and business addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the carrier has scanned the parcel.
6. Missing or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@shavertech.com.au so we can investigate with the carrier.
