Refund Policy

At Shaver Tech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused.

  • In its original packaging with all seals intact (due to hygiene standards for grooming products).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for shavers or grooming kits that have been opened or used, unless the product is found to be defective.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, Shaver Tech will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a pre-paid shipping label.

  • Change of Mind: For all other returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at support@shavertech.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. No Restocking Fees

Shaver Tech does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
